Tuvana Tech recommends the package or custom scope that fits, then sends a written quotation with the price, inclusions, and expected timeline.
You provide: answers to any follow-up questions about pages, features, and priorities.
Next decision: approve the quotation, adjust the scope, or pause. Nothing is built before you approve.
Tuvana Tech sends a clear checklist of what the website needs — logo, wording, photos, contact details, and social links — and helps organise what you already have. You can see the full checklist here.
You provide: the items on the checklist, and a note on anything you need help preparing.
Next decision: confirm the content is ready enough for design to begin.
Tuvana Tech plans the pages, arranges the content in a sensible order, and designs the look of the website around your business and your visitors.
You provide: feedback on the design direction and any brand preferences.
Next decision: approve the design direction so development can go ahead.
Tuvana Tech builds the approved design into a working website and tests it — pages, links, forms, and how everything behaves on phones and desktops.
You provide: usually nothing at this stage beyond quick answers when a detail needs confirming.
Next decision: none yet — when the build is ready, it moves to you for review.
Tuvana Tech walks you through the finished website and collects your feedback, using the revision rounds included in your package.
You provide: your corrections and final content checks, ideally gathered in one list per round.
Next decision: approve the website for launch.
Tuvana Tech connects the domain, sets up SSL, puts the website live, and checks that everything works on the live address.
You provide: domain or hosting access details where they apply.
Next decision: confirm the live website looks and works as expected.
If you want help after launch, Tuvana Tech offers monthly website care — backups, updates, and small content changes — so the website stays healthy over time.
You provide: a decision on how much ongoing help you want, if any.
Next decision: continue with a care plan, or manage the website yourself. Either is fine.
